I appreciated the attentiveness of the ladies cleaning the room. They met all our needs. Raymond Woo, the concierge, provided great advice for local excursions. He gave us exact routes for public transportation, such as the metro and ferry.
The room curtains did not close completely! This allowed people in a nearby building to see inside. The shower door also did not close fully. This caused water to spill out each time I showered. I noticed some stains on the furniture.

The concierge was very helpful and showed me water access behind the building. They also arranged transportation to Schenzhen and provided helpful information for crossing into mainland China. I received useful recommendations for things to do . Communications with the hotel before my trip eased my concerns about getting to my cruise ship.
The gym and spa hours are somewhat limited , made planning my time challenging

The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of choices. The club lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere. It created a nice setting for a casual meal or a drink. The service in both areas was attentive and efficient.

The hotel is located near the MRT station. This allows for convenient access to transportation. I found many restaurants nearby , made dining options plentiful. Victoria Harbour and Star Avenue are within walking distance. This allowed for easy sightseeing.

My room had a comfortable bed. The room was also quite large. I appreciated the harbour view from my window. It added an element of relaxation to my stay within the spacious room.

The hotel's location is convenient. The proximity to the MRT makes getting around very easy. Many restaurants are in the area. I could walk to both Victoria Harbour and Star Avenue. It was a great location.

the location was great. it gave easy access to the MTR, and many attractions were close by. the local eateries provided good variety. i found the in-house restaurants offered good value, especially the seafood buffet.
i found NO shower caps. i went to housekeeping, but they advised they do not have any. the concierge who delivered our bags asked us to scan a qr code. he wanted us to leave him a review and mention his name so he could earn a star.
